Many students here know the subject but lose marks to the English in the question. That is a teachable problem, and it is separate from knowing the content.
A student can understand photosynthesis completely and still score three marks out of six. The gap is often the English of the question and the answer, not the science.
Exam questions use a narrow, repeated vocabulary. Once a student recognises those words reliably, a surprising share of lost marks simply comes back.
Long answers need specific connecting phrases to score. These can be learned as patterns, which is far quicker than improving general English.
Egypt sits one or two hours behind the Gulf, depending on the season. An evening lesson here is an ordinary evening for the tutor as well.
Calculations rarely suffer. The marks go in the extended answers, where a correct idea expressed loosely scores far below what the student actually knows.
Both papers reward structure as much as flair. A second language student who learns the structures can reach the upper bands reliably.
History and Geography ask for judgement in writing. The subject knowledge is usually there well before the sentences to express it are.
Most of our team teaches across the Gulf, where very few students speak English first. Explaining a mark scheme clearly to those students is routine, not a special case.

A marked long answer tells us most of what we need. The errors in it show whether the problem is the content or the wording.
The first lesson checks the same topic verbally. A student who explains it aloud but not on paper has a language gap, not a subject one.
Lessons then target whichever is actually holding the grade down, rather than assuming more content is the answer.
finding British curriculum GCSE experts in egypt can be tricky. this online tutoring platform provided world-class instruction right from the comfort of our home.
my online tutor was incredible at explaining difficult concepts. i felt completely prepared and calm walking into my GCSE exam center in cairo.
very professional organization with dedicated teachers. the customized revision plan helped my daughter secure top grades without burning out.
A language gap only shows up in marked written work. Any option that never reads what your child wrote will miss it, however good the teaching is.

Ask your child to explain the topic out loud. If they can do that but their written answer scores badly, the subject is understood and the writing is costing the marks.
No, that takes years. Exam English is a narrow set of command words and connecting phrases. Learning those directly moves marks in weeks instead.
Yes, and it is a common request. The papers reward clear structure heavily, which is learnable, so strong grades are realistic without native fluency.
They adjust how things are explained, not what is taught. Reducing the content would cap the grade, which defeats the point of paying for lessons.
Some tutors do explain a difficult idea in Arabic, then return to English for the answer itself. The written work always stays in exam English.
Local evenings, with weekend mornings available. Egypt is only an hour or two behind the Gulf where our team works, so timing is comfortable for everyone.
Anywhere. Cairo and Alexandria have their own pages because most enquiries come from there, but every lesson is online so the city changes nothing.
Access arrangements are decided by the school, not by us. Ask them early, because applications have deadlines and evidence usually has to be gathered first.
Photograph one marked long answer and tell us the subject. A specialist reads it within 24 hours and says whether the gap is language or content.
Reading one marked answer and saying what it shows is free.
