A Named Subject Specialist, Not a Pool of Tutors

You are told who will teach, what they studied and which boards they handle, before anything is agreed. We come back with that name within 24 hours.

The Four Checks Every Tutor Clears

Anyone can claim a subject on a profile page. These four checks exist because a parent in the Eastern Province cannot sit in on the lesson and judge it for themselves.

Subject interview

A specialist in the same subject does the interviewing. Broad teaching experience is not the test. Knowing this syllabus at this level is.

Observed mock lesson

Every candidate teaches a real topic while being watched. Explaining something clearly to a fifteen year old is a separate skill from knowing it.

Mark scheme test

Candidates mark genuine student answers against the real scheme. If they cannot say why an answer stopped at four marks, they cannot teach to six.

Twenty Nine Tutors, Thirteen Subjects

The team is small on purpose. Every tutor has been interviewed by a specialist in their own subject, and we would rather say which thirteen subjects those are than imply more.

How matching runs

How the Tutor Gets Chosen for Your Child

01

What you tell us

The subject, the board, the tier if it is set, and what went wrong last. The last part matters more than families expect.

02

An academic picks

A person chooses the tutor, not a search filter. They weigh the subject, the board and whether the teaching style suits your child.

03

You meet them first

You get the name and background before committing, and can ask for someone else at that point without any awkwardness or cost.

The real difference

Who Picks the Tutor, and How Carefully

The gap between these three options is not really price. It is whether a subject specialist chose your tutor, or whether you did from a list of profiles.

Dammam questions

What Dammam Parents Ask About Tutors

Who exactly would be teaching my child?

A named person, given to you up front with their degree, their teaching background and the boards they cover. You are never handed a pool and left to choose from profile pages.

How do you check a tutor before they teach?

Four stages. A specialist in the same subject interviews them. They teach a real topic while being watched. They mark genuine student answers against the real scheme. Then certificates are checked.

Are your tutors specialists or do they cover everything?

Specialists. Each science has its own tutor rather than one person teaching all three. A tutor who claims six subjects is teaching most of them from the book.

Can we speak to the tutor before we commit?

Yes. You get the name and background first, and can ask questions before any money changes hands. If they are not right, say so and nobody is offended.

What if the match turns out to be wrong after a few weeks?

We change it at no extra cost, and someone new is usually teaching within the week. A poor fit is a matching mistake, so it should not cost you anything.

Which exam boards can your tutors teach?

AQA and Pearson Edexcel across all thirteen subjects. Tell us the board and the subject together, because schools in the Eastern Province pick them subject by subject.

Do tutors handle both Foundation and Higher tier?

Yes, in Maths and the sciences, where tiers exist. Foundation stops at grade 5, so the tutor tells you directly which tier the mock marks support.

Can one child take more than one subject with you?

Yes, and many do. Each subject gets its own specialist and its own slot, so you may have two tutors for one child rather than one covering both.
